大手設計施工会社を経て、物販店・飲食店を中心とした企画・プロデュース企業にて、インハウスデザイナーとして空間づくりに携わる。

数多くの店舗立ち上げに関わり、オープン後の運営まで見守る中で、空間が「使われながら育つもの」であることを実感してきた。

店舗の企画から空間デザイン、設計、設計監理まで一貫して対応し、建築・空間・運営が自然につながる在り方を大切にしている。

また、大型プロジェクトではコンストラクションマネージャーとして、進行管理や施工調整にも携わり、構想から実現までのプロセスを包括的に見つめてきた。

三兎を追う者は猪を得る。

ひとつの正解に固執するのではなく、常識や領域の枠を越えて視点を交差させることで、思いがけない価値が生まれると考えている。

空間は、強く主張するものではなく、人や時間が自然に息づくための環境であるべきもの。

素地・素材・余白を尊重しながら、過度な演出に頼らず、静かな強さを持つ場を丁寧につくる。

柔軟でありながら本質を見失わない視点で、空間における課題に向き合い、

その場所にふさわしい佇まいを導き出していく。

PROFILE

After gaining experience at a major design and construction firm, Keiichi Konno worked as an in-house designer at a company specializing in the planning and production of retail and food spaces. Through involvement in numerous store openings and ongoing operations, he developed a deep understanding of space as something that continues to evolve through use.

From concept planning to spatial design, detailed design, and construction supervision, he provides a consistent and integrated approach, valuing the natural connection between architecture, space, and daily operation.

He has also contributed to large-scale projects as a Construction Manager, overseeing project coordination and execution with a comprehensive perspective from concept to completion.

Rather than adhering to a single fixed answer, he believes that meaningful value emerges through the intersection of diverse perspectives and disciplines, often beyond conventional frameworks.

For him, space should not impose itself, but quietly support the rhythm of people and time.

By respecting raw structures, materials, and negative space, he creates environments with a calm strength, free from excessive decoration.
